Tickets for Diljit Dosanjh’s US tour generated strong resale demand, with New York listings exceeding £210 on secondary markets.
Diljit Dosanjh expanded his Aura World Tour with new arena dates in Birmingham and Manchester after the initial Wembley Stadium show sold out and started returning around 1.5x on the secondary market. That Wembley performance gave the new dates a strong base level of demand, although it also naturally took a bit of the sting out of the resale potential for the follow-up shows.
The stronger play looked to be Birmingham, thanks to the smaller venue and Diljit’s very strong following in the area, while Manchester still offered an angle on the cheaper seats and select front sections. This was not a “buy anything and print money” event, but at £85+ retail with resale expected from £132+, there was still a tidy margin for members who stayed disciplined with seat selection.
Wembley selling out and returning around 1.5x gave the Birmingham and Manchester dates a strong foundation, even if it also reduced some of the urgency for resale buyers.
Birmingham looked like the better of the two new dates thanks to its smaller capacity and Diljit’s proven local demand in the Midlands.
The best play was the cheapest seated tickets and selected front sections, rather than chasing expensive inventory for the sake of it.
At £85+ retail and £132+ resale, this was a solid mid-tier ticket flip rather than a huge moonshot.
Members who stayed selective had a good chance of building a clean profit without needing the event to overperform across every section.

The Diljit Dosanjh Aura World Tour arena dates looked like a solid follow-up ticket play rather than an all-out smash, with Birmingham standing out as the better option on paper. Wembley’s success helped validate the demand, but it also meant members needed to be more selective with these later dates. If you focused on the cheaper seats and better front sections, there was still a very respectable margin to be made.
